JAMMU: According to sources, the Border Security Force (BSF) and the Pakistan Rangers made a strong complaint on Saturday over the recent unjustified firing and mortar shelling on forward posts and villages along this international border.A BSF jawan and a woman were injured during the about seven-hour cross-border shelling by Pakistan Rangers on Thursday night in the Arnia area of the R S Pura sector. This was the first significant ceasefire breach since 2021. A BSF officer stated that the protest was recorded during a meeting at the Border Outpost Octroi in Suchetgarh, which was attended by commanders.
