Jammu : BJP Talab Tillo Mandal today paid floral tributes to Jan Sangh founder Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on his 122nd birth anniversary, The programme was organised under the presidentship of Keshav Chopra President BJP Talab Tillo mandal in which Former State President BJP Sat Sharma CA, JKUT BJP Secretary Ayodhya Gupta & others paid tributes to Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee
Speaking on the occasion Sat Sharma said that Dr Mukherjee was a true patriot who sacrificed his life while agitating to end the permit system under which any one leaving or entering the state had to obtain permit, a practise which didnot exist in any other state of the country, he opposed Do Vidhaan, Do Pardhaan and Do Nishaan and the life and works of Dr Mukherjee will always be remembered he further added
Speaking on the occasion Keshav Chopra and Ayodhya Gupta reminded the sacrifice of Dr Mukherjee and said that Person Like Mukherjee are very rare and their life serves a source of inspiration for generations to come, Dr Mukherjee never compromised on principles and questioned the provisions of separate state for which he opposed article 370 Article 35A and laid down his life for the integrity of the country.
