Uprooting Dynastic Parties NC & PDP Is No Less Than A Jihad For Them: Altaf Bukhari

SRINAGAR, Feb 3: President of the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party Altaf Bukhari stated on Saturday that for them, overthrowing dynastic parties like the Peoples Democratic Party and the National Conference is equivalent to waging a jihad. Eight months after Articles 370 and 35A were repealed, Bukhari, who established the Apni Party, expressed optimism that the people will overthrow political parties like the NC and PDP in the next elections. "I hope that in the next elections, the people would remove the PDP and NC from office. In Srinagar, he told reporters, "For us to uproot the two parties is no less a Jihad." According to the president of the Apni Party, these two parties have put J&K residents in danger."The leaders of these two political parties, not children, delivered the slogans of 'autonomy' and'self-rule.'" The predicament that people are in right now is the result of these two parties, he declared. People would vote against the NC and PDP in the next elections, according to Bukhari, because of what they have done over the previous 70 years. In order to give J&K's young a dignified living, he made a plea to the public to support the Apni Party. Bukhari, a former PDP member, served as a minister in the PDP-BJP government.According to the president of the Apni Party, Jammu and Kashmir's population of over 20 crore Muslims may live in harmony within the Union of India. He pleaded with Amit Shah, the home minister, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to grant the people of Jammu and Kashmir all legal rights. Rajnath Singh Commissions INS Sandhayak, Warns Pirates

VISAKHAPATNAM, Feb 3: In the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the first of four Survey Vessel Large (SVL) ships, INS Sandhayak, was commissioned into the Indian Navy on Saturday at the Naval Dockyard in Visakhapatnam. Singh declared that individuals engaged in maritime piracy and smuggling will not be allowed, adding that the SVL ship will be very helpful in learning about the oceans and accomplishing the dual goals of safeguarding the nation and others. To facilitate safe marine navigation, INS Sandhayak's main responsibility is to conduct comprehensive hydrographic surveys of ports, harbours, navigational channels, routes, coastal areas, and deep oceans.The Indian Ocean has a number of choke spots, including the Gulf of Aden, the Gulf of Guinea, and others, through which a significant volume of international traffic passes. In reference to the Indian Navy's swift action to save ships from pirates, Singh stated, "Many threats remain at these choke points, the biggest being from pirates." The minister praised the Indian Navy for protecting friendly nation's ships in addition to Indian ones, and issued a warning that anyone engaged in maritime piracy and smuggling would not be tolerated. He reaffirmed India's commitment to upholding international trade and navigational freedoms, as well as to putting an end to illicit and unreported fishing in the Indian Ocean.According to an official statement, Singh stated that "INS Sandhayak will further strengthen India's role as a superpower in the Indo-Pacific region and help the Indian Navy in maintaining peace and security." The defence minister claims that the nation is moving forward on its growth path with a stronger Navy than before, acting as the first responder to provide security in the Indian Ocean and Indo-Pacific area. Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), in Kolkata, is where INS Sandhayak was constructed. The Indian Navy's Warship Design Bureau oversaw this project.With a displacement of 3,400 tonnes, it is 110 metres long and 16 metres wide. It is outfitted with cutting edge hydrographic technology, such as autonomous underwater vehicles and multibeam echo sounders for both shallow and deep waters. INS Sandhayak, which has eighty percent indigenous content, also includes side scan sonars, a data collecting and processing system, a remotely operated vehicle, and other innovative technologies. Delhi Police serves notice to Arvind Kejriwal over “MLA poaching claims”, seeks reply within 3 days

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal received a notice from Delhi Police Crime Branch officers on Saturday over the Aam Aadmi Party's accusation against Bharatiya Janata Party "of trying to buy AAP MLAs." The notification requested a response from the AAP leader within three days, according to sources. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Delhi home was visited by a group of Delhi Police Crime Branch officers. In addition, police officers arrived on Friday to serve notice in relation to the Aam Aadmi Party's accusation against the BJP for allegedly "trying to buy AAP MLAs" and to get proof from him. In addition to Kejriwal, the police officers had earlier on Friday knocked on the doors of AAP minister Atishi's home in search of proof. But according to sources, neither of the AAP leaders was at their respective homes. The Aam Aadmi Party has charged that the BJP is attempting to overthrow the elected government in Delhi by launching a campaign known as "Operation Lotus 2.0". According to Atishi, the BJP has threatened and offered payments to a number of AAP MLAs in an effort to force them to switch. "The BJP launched 'Operation Lotus 2.0' in an attempt to overthrow Delhi's democratically elected AAP government. The BJP has called seven AAP MLAs, informing them that Arvind Kejriwal will be detained shortly and that the AAP MLAs will then become polarised. They intend to overthrow the Delhi administration by utilising 21 of our MLAs, with whom they are in contact.Each of those seven MLAs has been offered Rs 25 crores.The BJP used a strategy known as "Operation Lotus" to seize control of states in which they were not democratically elected. Examples are Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Arunachal Pradesh, and Karnataka "said the AAP leader. Atishi also disclosed that the AAP had a recording of one of these "Operation Lotus 2.0" talks, implying that it might be made available if needed. "Currently, 7 MLAs have been offered by BJP; we have the recording of one of them and will release it when required," Atishi stated. The BJP, meanwhile, has denied the AAP's allegation of Operation Lotus 2.0. "Like the previous seven occasions, Arvind Kejriwal is lying once more.Never once has it been possible to determine who called them, what phone number was used, or where the meeting took place. He simply makes declarations before disappearing. BJP leader Kapil Mishra stated, "His partners are in jail, and he is consistently avoiding ED summons because he knows he does not have answers to the ED questions." The AAP won 62 of the 70 seats up for grabs in the Delhi Assembly. Only eight seats were won by the BJP, while all other parties—including the Congress—were left empty-handed.
