New Delhi, Feb 4: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal received a new notice from the Delhi Police Crime Branch on Sunday, requesting that he provide proof by Monday in response to his accusations of BJP poaching attempts. In the poaching claim case, the Crime Branch also served minister Atishi, a leader of the AAP, with a notice requesting a response within three days. "The Crime Branch of the Delhi police is looking into a complaint regarding your claims that the BJP has promised the sitting AAP MLAs Rs 25 crore each in exchange for their departure from the party and joining the BJP. It further stated, "The notice from the Crime Branch states that it looks from your tweet that you have information and evidence related to a cognizable crime. Please submit the information and answers to the Crime Branch by February 5." AAP leader Atishi was served a notice earlier in the day by a Crime Branch team in relation to her allegations that the BJP was attempting to overthrow the government as part of "Operation Lotus 2.0" by luring the party's MLAs away with financial inducements.Fellow party leader Jasmine Shah commented on the notices sent to Atishi and the AAP convenor, stating that they are only a few letters on a piece of white paper and do not refer to the FIR that the BJP filed in relation to the poaching allegation. Dhanbad, Feb 4: On February 4, the third day of his yatra through Jharkhand, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra" began from Dhanbad. JAMMU, Feb 4: Authorities in the Udhampur area of Jammu and Kashmir stated that a truck struck a car carrying a couple and their two kids, killing one of them and injuring the other early on Sunday. The Jammu family was en route to Kashmir. Shortly after midnight, the accident happened at Salore, near Tikri, on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway, according to the officials. They added that Nitin Dogra (37), his wife Rittu (32) and kids Khushi (17) and Vani (11), died instantly when a carelessly driven truck struck their private vehicle and went on to clash with another truck. Around five in the morning, authorities claimed, a truck driver who was not recognised died when his truck, which was carrying cows, slid off a bridge near Manwal in the Jhajjar Kotli neighbourhood of Jammu. According to them, more than a dozen cows perished in the collision as well. The truck was travelling from Jandrah to Manwal when it collapsed off the bridge close to Saunoo hamlet. Lucknow, Feb 4: An official statement released here on Sunday stated that the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) of the Uttar Pradesh Police had detained an employee of the Indian Embassy in Moscow for his alleged involvement in anti-national activities with the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and for having given them critical, confidential information about the strategic operations of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of External Affairs, and the Indian military establishments. According to the statement, the ATS has detained Satendra Siwal, the son of Jaiveer Singh, who lives in Shahmahiuddinpur village in the Hapur district police station area. According to the statement, Siwal is currently assigned to the Indian Embassy in Moscow, Russia, and works for the Ministry of External Affairs.The statement said that the ATS was receiving intelligence from a number of confidential sources indicating that the handlers of the Pakistani intelligence agency, ISI, were using certain individuals to entice Ministry of External Affairs employees with money in order to obtain strategically significant information about the Indian Army. This information is likely to pose a serious threat to both India's internal and external security. In its investigation using electronic and physical surveillance, the ATS discovered that Siwal was engaged in anti-Indian activities with the network of ISI handlers and that he was giving them crucial, secret information about the strategic undertakings of the Ministry of External Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, and the Indian military establishments in exchange for money.According to the statement, Siwal was invited to the ATS field unit in Meerut and subjected to a legal interrogation. SRINAGAR, Feb 3: Following the arrest of a self-styled doctor, officials in district Anantnag today requested information on all physicians working at private hospitals and clinics in the area in order to keep an eye on and identify medical professionals with questionable qualifications. In this context, the names of practicing physicians, their degrees, J&K Medical Council registration numbers, and mobile numbers have all been requested from the district's private healthcare managers.In a related circular, all private clinics and hospitals in District Anantnag were asked to provide information about their practicing physicians within three days, emphasising the importance of systemic transparency. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Anantnag, took the necessary measures after discovering a doctor working at a clinic in Mehman Gali, Anantnag district, who was purportedly using phoney degrees. Through the efforts of a social activist in the district, the so-called doctor, named as Gulzar Ahmad, who was accused of posing as a gastroenterology falsely, was brought to light.After over ten days of fieldwork, social activist Dr. Abdul Bari Naik and his team discovered that the practitioner was not only in Anantnag but also in several other areas like as Srinagar, Budgam, and Ganderbal. "We discovered that the individual was seeing patients at Dar Medicos, Ganderbal; National Drug Store, Hawal; and Mankind Pharmacy, Nowshera, in addition to Medwin Pharmacy in Anantnag," Dr. Bari stated.
