Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra Resumes Jharkhand-Leg, Rahul Gandhi To Address Public Rally In Ranchi
Jharkhand, Feb 5: On Monday, the fourth day of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's "Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra" in Jharkhand, the yatra commenced from Ramgarh. The yatra resumed Monday from Mahatma Gandhi Chowk in the district, following a nighttime break on Sunday. According to the party's schedule provided to the media, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi will speak at a public gathering at the Indira Gandhi Handloom Process House Ground in Ranchi, the state capital, at 11 a.m. The yatra will end at night in Khunti, with a public meeting in Shaheed Maidan at 2 pm. Rahul Gandhi's yatra is centred on a public rally in Ranchi, according to Congress General Secretary in-charge of Communications Jairam Ramesh."In the night, we came to a stop in Ramgarh. In 1940, the INC hosted a historic convention in Ramgarh, which was chaired by Abul Kalam Azad. Rahul Gandhi will be speaking at a sizable public event in Ranchi today, so we're heading there," he remarked. After travelling across five states primarily by bus, the yatra is currently anchored in Jharkhand, where Champai Soren's newly formed administration is preparing for a floor test. A change of leadership occurred when Hemant Soren, the chief minister of Jharkhand, tendered his resignation. Hemant Soren was detained by the Directorate of Enforcement in relation to an alleged land fraud.Following the swearing-in ceremony, the ruling alliance legislators—who had been camping at a private resort in Hyderabad—returned to the state. In response, Jairam Ramesh remarked, "On January 31, Hemant Soren resigned, but it takes two days for Champai Soren to become Chief Minister.The BJP thinks that we would destroy the INDIA alliance and that it will be simple to steal MLAs from Jharkhand. The "Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra" had earlier on Sunday passed through Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The Wayanad MP had previously declared that the Congress was fighting "the hatred" that exists in the hearts of "the BJP people" at a public event held in conjunction with the ongoing demonstration.On January 14, the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra departed from Thoubal, Manipur. Over the course of 67 days, the yatra will travel over 6,700 km and pass through 110 districts. It will traverse 100 Lok Sabha seats, 337 assembly segments, and 110 districts over a distance of 6,713 km. After 67 days, the yatra will come to an end in Mumbai on March 20. The Yatra 2.0 is a hybrid initiative that is a follow-up to the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra,' in which Rahul Gandhi walked nearly 3,000 km from Kanya Kumari to Srinagar.
