Enemy’s ability to harm limited but it works on sense of fear: J&K DGP
SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir's police chief, R R Swain, stated here on Friday that while the enemy's capacity to cause harm is limited, it exploits people's anxiety to instill a sense of insecurity. "I have stated from the start that the enemy's capacity to inflict damage has always been restricted. What it was displaying wasn't it. However, their mode of operation is terror. Swain, the J-K Director General of Police (DGP), stated that "they publish the names of four people who then lose their sleep because of fear." Speaking to media outside the 23rd All India Police Water Sports Championship's closing ceremony, this was his conversation. According to Swain, the enemy feeds on fear, thus people should exercise caution. "This approach targets fear, such as dog fear. While a barking dog may not always bite, the noise causes fear in humans. It is difficult to address; people should be aware of this and exercise caution," he remarked. According to the head of J-K Police, maintaining peace also requires the police and security services to continue on track. "We're going to make the necessary corrections, pick up the pieces, and step up our commitment. The people will then be able to judge for themselves that we are serious, capable, and that our intentions are correct," he continued. According to Swain, the enemy often uses even little occurrences as examples to instill terror. "While we won't ignore those instances, we will consider them in light of the graph as a whole. We'll concentrate on our plan of action and monitor its effectiveness. We are aware that even if someone tries to stop us, we won't stray from our course. "We're going to get it there," he declared.
