Itanagar, Mar 9: On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the Congress would have needed twenty years to complete the work that his government had completed in the Northeast over the past five years. The Prime Minister was speaking at a public gathering in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, following the announcement of development projects valued at Rs 55,600 crore in the area.
