Srinagar, Apr 4: Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party on Thursday declared two of its candidates for Lok Sabha constituencies of Kashmir division.
The party announced two names who will contest forthcoming Lok Sabha elections from Anantnag-Rajouri, and Srinagar segments.Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, party senior leader and Chairman Parliamentary Affairs Committee Mohammad Dilawar Mir said that the party has decided to field Zaffar Iqbal Manhas from Anantnag-Rajouri and Mohammad Ashraf Mir from Srinagar as its Lok Sabha candidates.
He hoped that being a newborn political party in Jammu and Kashmir people will shower their love and sympathy towards candidates of Apni Party and who will try their best to represent aspirations of people before the country.
Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party is first political party which announced its candidate from Srinagar seat.
