KISHTWAR: An encounter has broken out between security forces and terrorists in Chatroo area in Kishtwar, official sources said.
The sources said that the encounter broke out after security forces established contact with terrorists upon receipt of specific inputs.
An intense exchange of gunfire is going on, when this report is being filed.
Notably, a separate encounter is underway at Jopher village in Udhampur.
