JAMMU, June 21: Doda police have arrested three terror associates from village Draman in Tanta Panchayat of Gandoh in Doda district for providing food and logistics to Pakistani terrorists in exchange of money.
Three to four Pakistani terrorists had targeted a joint party of Army and police at Chattergalla on June 11 night and a police party at Gandoh on June 12 in which seven security personnel were injured. Security forces have been conducting joint search operations since then but the terrorists, believed to be Pakistanis, remained untraced.
The terror associates arrested by police have been identified as Safder Ali, Mubashir Ahmed and Sajjad, all residents of village Draman.They are being questioned to ascertain details about the terrorists to whom they had given shelter and provided them with food.
Three to four terrorists are believed to be Pakistanis.
The terror associates had reportedly taken money for giving shelter to the terrorists and didn’t inform police after they left.
