JAMMU, Sept 20: On Tuesday, two alleged interstate drug smugglers were detained and heroin was found on them, according to officials in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district. They said that they were detained during a regular search in the Samba neighbourhood. They said that Israr Talib and Kannav Magotra, also known as Kannu, were accused and that a case had been filed against them. According to police, the two guys were allegedly involved in importing illegal heroin from Samba to the districts of Jammu and Rajouri. (Agencies)
