Jammu, Oct 5: According to officials, three persons have been detained over the Wednesday purported issuing of a residence certificate to a Rohingya lady in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district. The woman, a mediator, and the official who issued the domicile certificate make up the trio. Senior Superintendent of Police Khalil Poswal of Kishtwar stated that an investigation is being conducted.
