{"id":9666,"date":"2024-01-26T06:23:20","date_gmt":"2024-01-26T06:23:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/?p=9666"},"modified":"2024-01-26T06:23:20","modified_gmt":"2024-01-26T06:23:20","slug":"itbp-jawans-celebrate-75th-republic-day-at-peaks-of-indo-china-border-in-arunachal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/itbp-jawans-celebrate-75th-republic-day-at-peaks-of-indo-china-border-in-arunachal\/","title":{"rendered":"ITBP Jawans Celebrate 75th Republic Day At Peaks Of Indo-China Border In Arunachal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Arunachal Pradesh, Jan 26: The <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/fire-damages-itbp-barrack-in-zewan-headquarters\/\">Indo-Tibetan Border Police<\/a> (ITBP) soldiers deployed at the peaks of the<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/india-bright-spot-amidst-despondency-geopolitical-upheavals-army-chief\/\"> India-China border<\/a> in Arunachal Pradesh celebrated the 75th Republic Day of India.<br \/>\nMarking the occasion, Indian soldiers marched near the border area, waved the Indian flag and raised \u2018Bharat Mata Ki Jai\u201d slogans.<br \/>\nIndia-China border near <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/rajnath-singh-performs-shastra-puja-in-tawang\/\">Arunachal Pradesh<\/a> has been in headlines after a face-off between Indian and Chinese troops in the Tawang sector led to minor injuries \u201cto a few personnel\u201d from both sides, sources said and noted that both sides immediately disengaged from the area.<br \/>\nThe sources said on December 9, 2022, PLA troops contacted the LAC in the Tawang Sector of Arunachal Pradesh which was contested by Indian troops in a firm and resolute manner.<br \/>\nIndia is meanwhile gearing up for a momentous platinum celebration of the country\u2019s Republic Day with an enthralling showcase of its military prowess and rich cultural heritage at the majestic \u2018Kartavya Path\u2019 in the national capital.<br \/>\nPresident Droupadi Murmu will lead the country in the grand celebrations in its journey of Amrit Kaal that began post the \u2018Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav\u2019 celebrations to commemorate 75 years of the country\u2019s independence.<br \/>\nViksit Bharat\u2019s rich cultural diversity, the \u2018Aatmanirbhar\u2019 military prowess and the growing Nari Shakti are the dominating themes of the 90-minute parade that will be graced by French President Emmanuel Macron as Chief Guest.<br \/>\nFor the first time ever, an all-women Tri-Service contingent is marching down the Kartavya Path. Women pilots will also enthral the audience during the Indian Air Force\u2019s fly-past, representing Nari Shakti (women power).<br \/>\nThe contingents of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) will also consist of only women personnel.<br \/>\nThe parade will be heralded by over 100 women artists playing Indian musical instruments. The parade would commence with the music of Sankh, Naadswaram, Nagada, etc., to be played by the women artists.<br \/>\nThe ceremonial event will witness the classic display of the nation\u2019s defence forces with an exhilarating display of mighty cavalcades comprising mechanised columns, state-of-the-art equipment, marches of contingents and a display of varied culture and unity in the diversity of the nation.<br \/>\nBased on the twin themes of \u2018Viksit Bharat\u2019 and \u2018Bharat \u2013 Loktantra ki Matruka\u2019, this year\u2019s parade will witness the participation of around 13,000 special guests, an initiative which will provide an opportunity for people from all walks of life to take part in the celebrations and encourage \u2018Jan Bhagidari\u2019 in this national festival.<br \/>\nThe ceremony will start with the visit of <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/pm-modi-has-started-a-new-era-he-has-lord-rams-blessings-rajnath-singh\/\">Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/a> to the National War Memorial, where he will lead the nation in paying solemn tributes to the fallen heroes by laying a wreath.<br \/>\nThereafter, the Prime Minister and other dignitaries will head to the saluting dais at Kartavya Path to witness the parade.<br \/>\nAfter this President Murmu and her French counterpart Macron will be escorted by the President\u2019s Bodyguard, the senior most Regiment of the Indian Army. This Republic Day is special for this elite Regiment which has completed 250 years of service since its raising in 1773.<br \/>\nThe two Presidents will arrive in the \u2018traditional buggy\u2019, a practice which is making a comeback after a gap of 40 years, the Defence Ministry said.<br \/>\nThe National Flag will be unfurled, followed by the National Anthem with a booming 21-gun salute given with indigenous gun system 105-mm Indian Field Guns.
