{"id":8623,"date":"2024-01-08T12:22:05","date_gmt":"2024-01-08T12:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/?p=8623"},"modified":"2024-01-08T12:22:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-08T12:22:05","slug":"transportation-of-bovine-out-of-samba-district-banned","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/transportation-of-bovine-out-of-samba-district-banned\/","title":{"rendered":"Transportation of bovine out of Samba district banned"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SAMBA, JANUARY 08:<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/dm-samba-orders-police-verification-disclosure-of-details-of-tenants-and-hired-persons\/\"> District Magistrate, Samba, Abhishek Sharma,<\/a> in exercise of the powers vested under <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/dm-bans-transportation-of-bovine-animals-from-jammu-distt\/\">Section 144 Cr.P.C<\/a>. imposed restriction on transportation of bovine animals such as Cow, Ox, Calf, Buffalo etc. except with the prior permission from this office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since it is not possible to serve the order individually, it is being issued ex- parte. <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/ssp-samba-terminates-2-cops-from-service\/\">Senior Superintendent of police Samba<\/a> shall ensure strict implementation of this order.
