Sumit Nayyar said that the said PIL in which he being the petitioner appearing in person\u00a0 filed this petition in the year 2017 and seeks the implementation of the Project \u201c Integrated development of Tourist Facilities\u201d by which 97.82 crores have been sanctioned and number of directions have been passed by the Hon\u2019ble Division bench regarding the development of project of Mantalai.<\/p>\n<p>He said that on the last date of hearing on 20.12.2023 status report has been filed by the department that the project of Mantalai has been completed but some shortcomings and deficiencies brought into the notice of Zonal manager NPCC and further they were asked to resolve these deficiencies within the period of five days.<\/p>\n<p>He added that after perusal of the status report,\u00a0 Hon\u2019ble Division.
