JAMMU, DECEMBER 4: A delegation<\/a> of Jammu and Kashmir Finance and Accounts Society (JAKFAS) today called on Chief Secretary, Atal Dullo<\/a> here at Civil Secretariat.<\/a><\/p>\n

The delegation included Mahesh Das, Director General, Accounts and Treasuries; Neeraj Gupta Bakshi, Director General, J&K Funds organization; Iftikhar Hussain Chauhan, President JAKFAS; Ashok Kumar, Director Finance, GAD; Anil Dogra, Director Finance, Social Welfare Department; Araf Khan, Director Finance, LG Secretariat; Rashim Deepika, FA\/CAO Science and Technology Department and Sonam Singh, Vice President JAKFAS.<\/p>\n

The delegation submitted a memorandum highlighting various issues, including the colossal stagnation faced by officers of the J&K Accounts Service due to the exclusion of Assured Career Progression (ACP) & demanded same in favour of J&K Accounts Service.<\/p>\n

Chief Secretary gave a patient hearing and assured the delegation that all genuine issues would be looked into and resolved on merit.<\/p>\n
