The Dhirubhai Ambani Green Energy Giga Complex at Jamnagar \u2013 being developed across <span class=\"s5\">5,000 acres with 44 million sq. ft. of manufacturing and operational built-up area<\/span> \u2013 is envisaged as the <span class=\"s5\">wor<\/span><span class=\"s5\">ld\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s5\">s most integrated clean energy manufacturing ecosystem outside China<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 Reliance is progressively commissioning its HJT (Heterojunction Technology) cell and module lines. The first <span class=\"s5\">200 <\/span><span class=\"s5\">MWp<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> of high-efficiency <\/span><span class=\"s5\">HJT modules<\/span> have been delivered \u2013 demonstrating <span class=\"s5\">10% higher energy yield<\/span> and <span class=\"s5\">25% lower degradation<\/span> versus industry standards, with <span class=\"s5\">720 <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Wp<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> BIS-certified panels<\/span>. Reliance remains on track to scale to <span class=\"s5\">10 <\/span><span class=\"s5\">GWp<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> per annum<\/span>, with expansion to <span class=\"s5\">20 <\/span><span class=\"s5\">GWp<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> planned<\/span>, targeting 26% module efficiency. Polysilicon, glass, ingots, and wafers are being commissioned in phases toward full integration.<\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 <span class=\"s5\">Energy Storage (BESS)<\/span>: The Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) giga-factory is in <span class=\"s5\">advanced commissioning<\/span>. RIL will be operationalising <span class=\"s5\">40 GWh of annual capacity<\/span>, with a roadmap to <span class=\"s5\">100 GWh<\/span>. With civil construction complete and equipment installation underway, production will ramp through the <span class=\"s5\">second half of 2026<\/span>, focused on LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry for utility-scale BESS and mobility applications.<\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 <span class=\"s5\">Green Hydrogen <\/span><span class=\"s5\">and Electrolysers<\/span>: RIL secured exclusive technology licensing from <span class=\"s5\">Nel ASA<\/span> for alkaline electrolysers in India, with rights for captive use globally. Reliance has started work on its <span class=\"s5\">electrolyser giga-factory<\/span>, commissioning and ramping up in phases over the next few quarters. The business is working towards building <span class=\"s5\">3 MMTPA (million metric tonnes per annum) of green hydrogen equivalent capacity by 2032<\/span> for global markets. Reliance has also entered into a <span class=\"s5\">green ammonia long-term offtake agreement with Samsun<\/span><span class=\"s5\">g C&amp;T <\/span><span class=\"s5\">Corporation<\/span>, with supply over a <span class=\"s5\">15-year period<\/span> commencing in the second half of FY 2029.<\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 <a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a>In Kutch, Reliance is developing a <span class=\"s5\">550,000-acre renewable hub<\/span>. At peak installation, the site will deploy <span class=\"s5\">55 <\/span><span class=\"s5\">MWp<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> of solar mo<\/span><span class=\"s5\">dules and 150 MWh of battery containers daily<\/span>. Solar generation is expected in <span class=\"s5\">FY 2026-27<\/span> for captive use and green fuel production. A dedicated <span class=\"s5\">Kutch-Jamnagar transmission corridor<\/span> will deliver 24&#215;7 green power. This platform is designed to meet <span class=\"s5\">approxima<\/span><span class=\"s5\">tely 10% of India\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s5\">s electricity demand<\/span> within a decade.<\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 <span class=\"s5\">Bio Energy<\/span>: RIL is building India\u2019s largest integrated CBG (Compressed Bio Gas) platform. CBG production has reached <span class=\"s5\">270+ TPD<\/span> across <span class=\"s5\">35 operating plants<\/span> (capacity ~700 TPD), and is on track to reach <span class=\"s5\">1<\/span><span class=\"s5\">,100 TPD with 55 operating plants by end of FY 2026-27<\/span>. Reliance contributes to over <span class=\"s5\">30% of India\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s5\">s CBG production<\/span>, supplying green fuel to <span class=\"s5\">40,000+ vehicles daily<\/span> through ~270 retail outlets. Over 80,000+ farmers are engaged. Over the next five years, RIL targets <span class=\"s5\">1 million tonnes annual CBG capacity<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s6\">\u2022 The platform is being built towards the <span class=\"s5\">Rs 75,000 crore committed investment<\/span> in clean energy.
