{"id":30169,"date":"2025-06-23T09:34:43","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T09:34:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/?p=30169"},"modified":"2025-06-23T09:34:43","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T09:34:43","slug":"immovable-property-of-terror-accused-attached-in-udhampur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/immovable-property-of-terror-accused-attached-in-udhampur\/","title":{"rendered":"Immovable Property Of Terror Accused Attached In Udhampur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jammu, Jun 23: Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday attached immovable property of a terror accused, who is presently under judicial custody, in Udhampur district, an official said.Mohd Shafiq\u2019s 1.3 marla land (one marla =272.25 sq feet) located at Kadwah village of Basantgarh was attached under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the official said.<br \/>\nThe remote Basantgarh forest area witnessed several encounters between terrorists and security forces in the past couple of years.<br \/>\nThe official said the attachment has been carried out under Section 25 of the UAPA after the investigations identified the property as being linked to terror-related activities.
