{"id":16640,"date":"2024-05-11T11:55:33","date_gmt":"2024-05-11T11:55:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/?p=16640"},"modified":"2024-05-11T11:55:33","modified_gmt":"2024-05-11T11:55:33","slug":"soldier-shot-dead-by-his-father-in-law-over-matrimonial-dispute-in-reasi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/soldier-shot-dead-by-his-father-in-law-over-matrimonial-dispute-in-reasi\/","title":{"rendered":"Soldier Shot Dead By His Father-In-Law Over Matrimonial Dispute In Reasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JAMMU, May 11: A soldier was gunned down allegedly by his father-in-law over some matrimonial dispute in <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/ssp-reasi-mohita-sharma-conducted-inspection-of-police-post-thanole-arnas\/\">Jammu and Kashmir\u2019s Reasi<\/a> district on Saturday, police said.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/dgp-rr-swain-visits-family-of-martyred-village-defence-guard-promises-strong-action-against-terrorists\/\">Village Defence Guard<\/a> (VDG) member Doulat Ram allegedly fired his .303 rifle on his son-in-law Amit Singh, an army soldier, at Kembal Danga village, causing chest injuries to him, they said.Ram, a resident of Panasa village, had come to meet his son-in-law, who was posted outside and had come on leave to his home, police said.
