The session brought to light the critical areas across the district prone to<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/two-brothers-killed-in-tragic-accident-on-jammu-srinagar-highway-in-kulgam\/\"> accidents<\/a>. A focused dialogue on specific high-risk locations was a key agenda item. The meeting deliberated on the strategic placement of reflectors as a preventive measure against accidents. The discourse extended to emergency interventions essential for the protection of drivers and pedestrians alike, promoting safer driving practices throughout the city and district roads. In line with the discussions, officers received directives to identify and report on black spots. The provision of adequate street lighting was also featured in the talks, highlighting its significance in accident prevention. Furthermore, the meeting took a firm stance on the necessity of reflector application on heavy vehicles, a measure aimed at reducing the risk of night-time collisions.
