The LG stated that nowadays, teenagers are returning home late at night while playing a guitar and after spending time on the riverbank. On August 5, 2019, the Centre abolished the former J&amp;K state&#8217;s special status and divided it into the UTs of <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/army-chief-calls-on-lg-ladakh-discusses-lac-situation\/\">Ladakh<\/a> and J&amp;K. &#8220;There was a period when folks could be seen hurrying home just after dark. People now spend time outdoors in parks and markets.<br \/>\nThe biggest shift, according to him, can be seen in the way that people are now able to live freely after so many years. &#8220;Everyone is enjoying the quiet, and <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/siu-attaches-property-of-pakistan-based-terrorist-in-kupwara\/\">Pakistan<\/a>-backed misinformation has failed on the ground. Even though this is just the beginning, I think this is the largest accomplishment,&#8221; he remarked.He claimed that as part of the mission youth, the J&amp;K administration has partnered with the Mumbai Stock Exchange to give young people in the UT greater possibilities to succeed in a variety of sectors. &#8220;Hundreds of young people are determining their futures now. We have given young people a lot of opportunities to show off their abilities and excel in several disciplines, the LG remarked.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1624\"
