The instant case was registered on the basias of a complaint alleging therein that Munshi of Police Post Chinore Sgct. Mohd Sultan is demanding bribe of \u20b98,000 for releasing the son of complainant from Police custody. The complainant already paid \u20b94,000 out of demanded bribe of \u20b98,000 but the accused again demanded \u20b94,000 for release of son.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. On the said complaint <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/acb-registers-disproportionate-assets-case\/\">Anti-Corruption Bureau<\/a> laid a trap. Sgct. Mohd Sultan then Munshi, Police Post Chinore, Jammu was caught red handed while demanding and accepting the bribe amount which was recovered from his possession in presence of independent witnesses.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. After completion of investigation and obtaining sanction for prosecution from competent authority, the charge sheet was produced before the Hon\u2019ble Court of Special Judge <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/acb-arrests-forest-official-for-accepting-bribe-in-bandipora\/\">Anti-Corruption<\/a> Jammu for judicial determination.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">5.
