{"id":12448,"date":"2024-03-09T08:04:48","date_gmt":"2024-03-09T08:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/?p=12448"},"modified":"2024-03-09T08:04:48","modified_gmt":"2024-03-09T08:04:48","slug":"mutual-fraternity-is-necessary-to-maintain-equality-in-country-cji-chandrachud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/mutual-fraternity-is-necessary-to-maintain-equality-in-country-cji-chandrachud\/","title":{"rendered":"Mutual Fraternity Is Necessary To Maintain Equality In Country: CJI Chandrachud"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jaipur, Mar 9: <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/justice-pb-varale-sworn-in-as-sc-judge-apex-court-gets-full-strength\/\">Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud<\/a> on Saturday said mutual fraternity is necessary to maintain equality in the country.<br \/>\nAddressing a state-level \u2018Hamara Samvidhan Hamara Samman\u2019 campaign in Bikaner, the CJI asked how will the country progress if people fight with each other.<br \/>\n\u201cWe should have respect for each other in accordance with the spirit of the <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/lord-rams-governance-inspired-constitution-makers-pm-modi-on-mann-ki-baat\/\">Constitution<\/a>,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nJustice Chandrachud said that \u201chuman dignity was of supreme importance in the minds of the makers of our Constitution\u201d.<br \/>\n\u201cDr Baba Saheb Ambedkar, as Chairman of the Drafting Committee, ensured that the Constitution promoted the values of justice, liberty and equality as well as the spirit of fraternity and dignity of the individual,\u201d he added.<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/i-am-servant-of-law-and-constitution-cji-d-y-chandrachud\/\">Chief Justice of India<\/a> (CJI) said that many efforts are being made to improve the condition of district courts.<br \/>\n\u201cWe want to sensitize the district courts because this is the first step towards justice.
