SHOPIAN, FEBRUARY 29: The Court of Adjudicating Officer, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Shopian, Dr. Zakir Hussain Faaz today imposed a fine<\/a> of Rs.30,000 on the erring Food Business Operators (FBOs) of the district.<\/p>\n

During the hearing, the Adjudicating Officer disposed-off 10 cases of Food Business Operators (FBOs) for violation of the prescribed provisions\/ norms of Food Safety and Standard Act and Rules and Regulations and imposed\/recovered a fine from them.<\/p>\n

The Food Business Operators of Shopian<\/a> were warned against any kind of violation in future and were instructed to adhere to the rules and regulations in letter and spirit.<\/p>\n

They were also stressed for maintaining cleanliness in and around their Food Business Units to avoid any kind of infection.<\/p>\n

Food Safety Officer, Shopian and other concerned were present.<\/p>\n
