According to police, on July 1, 2023, one person (name withheld) filed a written report with Police Post-Palhallan in the<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/lg-inaugurates-cinema-halls-in-baramulla-and-handwara\/\"> Baramulla<\/a> area of north<a href=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/an-further-group-of-pilgrims-departs-for-the-amarnath-yatra\/\"> Kashmir<\/a> alleging that his daughter, age 19, had been missing from home since June 30, 2013.At Police Station Pattan, a case FIR No. 222\/2023 u\/s 366 IPC was filed, and following the initiation of an inquiry, it was discovered that the missing girl had been kidnapped by unidentified individuals.<br \/>\nTechnical evidence from further inquiry and the prosecution&#8217;s departure from Jammu and Kashmir for New Delhi were both implicated.The police sprang into action, and as a result, a squad was organised and sent in the direction of New Delhi, where the prosecutor&#8217;s file was found and the suspects were also apprehended.<br \/>\nAshiq Ali Mangral, a resident of Tuli Reasi, and Deep Kumar, a resident of Chalabeni Kathua, have been named as the accused.<br \/>\nThe girl was given to her rightful heirs once the necessary legal procedures were completed, according to the police, who also added that more investigation into the issue is ongoing.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1145\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1145\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1145\" src=\"https:\/\/jammubulletin.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Screenshot-2023-07-20-at-11.48.28-AM-300x213.png\" alt=\"JKP Recovered Prosecutrix From New Delhi, Abductors Arrested\" width=\"300\" height=\"213\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1145\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">JKP Recovered Prosecutrix From New Delhi, Abductors Arrested<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Srinagar, July 20: JKP said on Thursday that they had recovered the prosecutrix and also arrested her two abductees from New Delhi.
