GANDERBAL, FEBRUARY 15: Bilal Mukhtar (JKAS) Thursday officially assumed the charge as General Manager (GM) District Industries Centre (DIC) Ganderbal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He received a vibrant welcome from the Officers and officials of the DIC Ganderbal upon his joining.<\/p>\n

Soon after taking over the charge, the incumbent GM chaired an introductory meeting with the field staff of the department; he took overview of ongoing work of the Department.<\/p>\n

He emphasised on punctuality, transparency, timely and effective public service delivery, and ease of doing things so that the benefits reach to the people.<\/p>\n

He also urged the staff to operate with a legacy of dedication and transparency for the benefit of people.<\/p>\n

Prior to his posting as General Manager DIC Ganderbal, Bilal has served the government in various capacities including as Deputy Director Information (PR) Kashmir, Assistant Commissioner Development Srinagar and Ganderbal<\/a> besides holding various positions in the administration.<\/p>\n
